From 24 July until 14 August, we will be enjoying a well-deserved summer holiday. During this period, we will have limited availability. Below you can find what this means for your order.
Products with a delivery time of 1–2 business days
All products showing a delivery time of 1–2 business days on the product page will continue to be shipped during our holiday.
Horse Watch camera systems
Our Horse Watch camera systems are personally configured and programmed for every customer.
During our holiday, the following schedule applies to these products:
Orders placed between 24 and 30 July
will be configured and shipped on Saturday, 1 August.
Orders placed from 31 July onwards
will be configured and shipped from 16 August.
AirGo fans (Pre-order)
All AirGo fans ordered as a pre-order will be shipped as soon as the deliveries arrive at our warehouse, as previously communicated.
Shipments will take place in phases during:
Weeks 31, 32 and 33
All pre-orders will be processed strictly in the order they were received.
Calling, emailing or sending us a WhatsApp message about the status of your pre-order will unfortunately not affect the shipping order. We are doing everything we can to process all orders as quickly as possible once the stock arrives.

If you experience an urgent technical issue with your existing Horse Watch system, we are of course happy to help.
